Other countries were watching to see what measures would
be implemented to prevent future incidents and ensure
public safety but the government was apparently
preoccupied with a damage control campaign.
Security agencies were sending a message that it was
not a terrorist attack because the targets were individuals.
But we have to accept the fact that they had bombs and
there were attempts to assemble bombs,
regardless of what their targets were.
