A world without violence against woman looks like the pink if you look back to other countries, such as USA, Canada, Switzerland, and England. These are the countries every one has rights to do anything without affecting law. The government opens mind to all citizens wishing to express anger and need. As presently, General Governor of Canada, David Johnston awarded six people who improving women’s health, focusing on domestic violence and poverty, eliminating violence against women and children, advancing equality for Aboriginal women, marginating victimized and criminalized women, and advocating for equality issues and social justice, on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
According to the real history of Cambodia started from 1970 to 1975, have been made coup by Lon Nol in Khmer Republic Regime, and for three years eight months and twenty days when it was taken time by Pol Pot in the Regime of Democratic Kampuchea, Cambodia became poor and shortage the spirit of education, especially law to Human Rights. In these two eras, Cambodian people could do anything what they wanted either sex, robbery, kill, or domestic violence because of having no strict rule to control, so this was the main reflection laying out that man is stronger than woman, and the poor is less more powerful than the rich.
Most Cambodians who were woman and girls have been played essential role to be house wife, famer, widow, disability, and the slave of sexuality in the year when Khmer Rouge was broken down. The soul spirit of female citizen of Cambodia fell into nearly the zero point of working with man and the powerful. They were afraid of what they conducted; moreover, they will be frightened what they wish to express opinion. As the world knows, situation that happened to the three Mirabal sisters who were political activists, were assassinated brutally in 1960, in the Dominican Republic on the commander of Dominican ruler Rafael Trujillo taking power from 1930 to 1961.
In order to encourage them and promote law to the poor lady breathing in the modern country, mainly countries experiencing shortfall of Democratization, on behalf of I am a student of Cambodian Mekong University, I feel free to share some really inspirable idea depending on UN General Assembly: Declaration of Human Right on 10 December 1948, Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women On 20 December 1993, Declaration on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women on November 07, 1967, Declaration of the Rights of the Child, International Save the Children Union on 23 February 1923, and Declaration of Woman Right Day on December 1977. Basing on those universal declarations, Cambodia and the world must practice below activities in the purpose that citizens will get freedom of expression making landownership to be peaceful and developing.

National Committee for National and International Festival under direct supervising by MoRP must propose one agenda discussing about “Gender and Violence” by combining a joint statement with UNWOMAN, ILO, and NGOs working on Gender and Human Rights every each holidays below:

Promoting and Improving Gender and Human Rights
by Government Activities
By managing directly from Prime Minister Hun Sen and presidents in the world, they must inspire and urge ministries share material supply, financial involvement, and technical assistant.
1. Forum preparation to lady for expressing idea, Ministry of Information
2. Producing video clips involving “Violence against Woman”, Ministry of Information
3. Releasing very strict law to domestic violence, Ministry of Justice
4. Providing chance to woman to work inside Cambodia, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training
5. Promoting lady to be upper management level, village, commune, district, city, Prime Minister, Ministry of Interior
6. Eliminating all the forms of woman and girl traffic and exploitation, Ministry of Interior
7. Urging woman to study at least bachelor degree, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport
8. Making a study program introducing “The affected of Violence against Woman”, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport
9. Awarding woman who is performed outstandingly in community, Ministry of Woman Affair
10. Promote and play documentary film by bus, ship, and airplane, Ministry of Public Work and Transportation

Educating Gender, Human Right, Woman Right,
and Children Right by Youth Leader
In the name of adult from crossly developing country, every one must try our best to prevent violence against woman and promote gender equality and human right like:
1. Deciding that you do not use your hands or mind to harm woman
2. Forming group of preventing violence against woman led by man and woman
3. Letting man educate man about woman right and gender
4. Field Visiting by woman to teach remote villager about gender and human right
5. Encouraging woman act what man acts even though it is constructional worker
6. Facebook Page under the themes “Sharing Idea to Prevent Violence against Woman”
7. Studying tour to the focus point (Place where often violence is grown)
8. Being as consultant team in community, school, and prison
9. Being as police and newsagent to charge someone who looks down woman
10 Piling documentary both book and video relate to woman and children rights to outdoor
11 Urging female to stop wearing mini-skirt or clothes (sexy clothes)

Conclusion
On behalf of I am a young man, I encourage woman to do what maleness does even though it is the hard working. Other ways, government must take these actions to protect and public, share budget to decentralization to habit, strict National Work Plan on forcefulness against woman, and bestow activist supporting Woman Rights. Taking a similar part of this forcibleness against woman, UN agencies and NGOs must find fund to stop violating around the world, make reconciliatory groups along remote areas, provide human resource to Community Based Organization, and train technicality to International, National and sub-National.
As youth, we must try our best to share everything to cease violence by forming volunteering group introducing to students and let them continue to other person, especially cruel and mean person. Walking without violence against WOMAN and Citing above description, I am lovely and happy to live in my country and the world if all meditates that woman is not the bondservant of anything, and feminineness is qualitative to the stronger and the potential.
