Cambodia cannot withdraw troops from the 4.6 kilometre
square area, and we will keep this issue for the ICJ.
If the ICJ judges that the area belongs to Thailand,
Cambodia will offer it to Thailand.
More border gates with Thailand would need
to be opened for the flow of trade and tourism.
